Your Building's Boiler is a most valuable asset.  Most Boilers are factory installed with FireEye® or similar automated controls and monitoring equipment. These systems monitor combustion efficiency, flame detection, smoke temperature in stack, safety overload and hot water aquastat.  All indicators and alarms activate at the local area within the boiler room, but unless you know when a problem arises, you are losing valuable heat...and lost heat is lost money.

Boiler Alert provides immediate notification of a detected problem in your boiler, allowing you to react quickly and minimize or prevent costly inefficiencies and devastating system failures.

Boiler Alert can monitor up to eight separate sensors.  When an irregularity is detected, the system interfaces with ACI's Quick SignalT wireless network, immediately relaying the location and nature of the problem to the pager or cellular telephone of the maintenance manager.  The information can be received either digitally or verbally.  As a result, response to the problem can be rapid, preventing unnecessary expense and resident discomfort.
